The petitioner has adequate alternative remedy in the form of appeal before the Appellate Tribunal wherein all pleas, which are raised in the present petition, can be raised.
The petitioner has raised disputed questions of fact on the question of loan, etc. We would not like to comment or go into the said factual dispute in view of the adequate alternative remedy.
With the aforesaid observations, we dismiss the writ petition without commenting and adjudicating the merits. All aspects are left open.
