Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 17.03.2017, the ice factory of the petitioner has been desealed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that servicing of the cooling coil of the storage is required to be carried out from time to time to ensure that temperature is maintained.
Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that as and when the servicing of the cooling coil is required to be done, the same is permitted and the same shall be continued to be

permitted and the said fact is also stated in the status report.
Since the petition is limited to ice factory and the ice factory has been de-sealed no further orders are called for in this petition.
It is clarified that as and when a request for servicing of the cooling coil is received from the petitioner, the respondents shall permit the same so as to ensure that the temperature is maintained in the cold storage.
The wit petition is disposed of.
