- The appellant herein filed Contempt Case (C) No.789/2011 to punish the respondent herein for the alleged violation of the settlement orders dated 15.12.2009, 17.12.2009, 28.10.2009 and 28.10.2010 passed in different proceedings by different Courts in Delhi. The said contempt case was disposed of by this Court by order dated 28.01.2013 which on the face of it is a consent order. Thereafter, the appellant filed an application seeking certain further reliefs. The said application was dismissed by the learned Single Judge by order dated 03.12.2014 and aggrieved by the same, the present appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.
