This case has been listed on the office note wherein it has been pointed out that because of either inadvertence or misprint, the date of notification in the judgment dated 24.05.2016 has been typed as 13.07.2003 instead of 18.07.2003. The notification under Section 4 is dated 18.07.2003. Hence in para 7 of the judgment dated 24.05.2016, the date of notification which has been typed as 13.07.2003 at two places be read as 18.07.2003.
The corrected copy of the judgment be uploaded along with the order passed today.
