We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The appeal is disposed of as it has been agreed by the learned counsel for the parties that PW2 may be cross-examined on 25.08.2016. It is clearly understood by the learned counsel for the appellant that it is only for one day, that is, 25.08.2016 that we are permitting the cross-examination of PW2 to be conducted. The appellant shall not take any adjournment on any ground and shall conclude the cross-examination on that date itself.
