Statement of Mr.Ashok Kumar, S/o Late Sh. Diwan Chand, R/o A-11/13, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi on SA
I undertake that I shall pay a sum of Rs.6,28,000/- by way of demand draft to respondent No.1 as mentioned in para 5 of my application within eight weeks from today. Over and above that, I shall continue to pay an amount of Rs.7,000/- per month as per earlier orders. In case of failure to deposit the amount, coercive action as per order dated 4th March, 2016 may be taken against me. I also undertake to deposit a sum of Rs.5,55,000/- in the Court towards the amount due and payable to respondent No.3 and 7 within four weeks, i.e., by 28th February, 2017. Over
and above that, I shall continue to pay the amount of Rs.5000/- per month as per earlier orders. I am making this statement voluntarily without any threat, coercion or pressure and without prejudice to my rights and contentions in the appeal.
