The case file is taken up today as it is brought to my notice that vide order dated 20.02.2016, the case file was ordered to be transferred, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015 to Ld. District Judge, (Headquarter) (Central), Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi for 14.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m. But formal order of disposal of IA No.127/2016, regarding transfer of the matter was not passed and next date of hearing i.e. 17.03.2016 already given, was also not recalled. Accordingly it is ordered that IA 127/2016 stands disposed of and next date of hearing i.e. 17.03.2016 stands recalled.
