The report dated 8th November, 2016 of District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi and dated 1st December, 2016 of Registrar (original) perused.
Heard. The learned counsel for the plaintiff agrees that the jurisdiction would fall in South East District located at Saket Courts, New Delhi. Accordingly, the earlier order is modified, the case is transferred to the Court of District Judge, South East at Saket Court, New Delhi where the parties may appear for further proceedings in accordance with law on 6th January, 2017. The registry to send the file well in time.
