In terms of order dated 01.10.2016 passed by learned District & Session Judge (PHC) New Delhi whereas observed that present case does not pertain to the said district and instead pertains to South-East District, Saket Courts Delhi and connected matters are also pending for adjudication before the said District as such the matter has been received before Registrar General vide order dated 20.10.2016.
Hence, in view of the above observation and submission of counsel for the parties, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Sessions Judge, (South-East District) Saket Court.
Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Sessions Judge (South-East District), Saket Court on 25.11.2016.
