% 15.11.2019 IA No.15816/2019 u/S 151 CPC moved by plaintiff for placing on record the fresh address of defendant no.2/M/s Ushak Kaal Communications Ltd. (UCL)
Vide order dated 05.11.2019, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct the service of notice of IA No.15077/2019 to defendant no.2/M/s Ushak Kaal Communications Ltd. as well. The captioned IA has accordingly been filed by the plaintiff for placing on record the additional address of defendant no.2 for issue of notice to the said defendant.
In view of above, the captioned IA stands allowed to the extent that the fresh/additional address of defendant no.2 is taken on record. It is clarified that the notice of IA No.15077/2019 is to be issued, in terms of directions of the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.11.2019. IA stands disposed of accordingly.
