Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is a senior citizen, about 75 years of age, hence requests the matter to be transferred to an early date.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff also submits that he has sent the copy of application to the other side by way of speed post. Heard.
The present suit is for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs.2 crores.
