The Registrar has placed on record a tabulation of the FDRs available in the Registry deposited by Defendant Nos. 1 and 3 the total of which works out to Rs. 50,00,000/-. In the event the FDR copies have not already been supplied to the Plaintiff, they will be supplied afresh by Defendant Nos. 1 and 3 to the Plaintiff within one week from today.

Further, it is seen from the documents filed by the Defendants that there are three mutual funds folios, the details of which are set out in the index filed by Defendant Nos. 1 and 3 on 2^nd June, 2016, namely, (i) SBI Mutual Fund no. 15107780 dated 21^st January, 2016 for Rs.5,00,000/-; (ii) Axis mutual fund No. 9012110983 dated 24^th December, 2015 for Rs.2,99,900/-; and (iii) ICICI mutual fund No.8071283/67 dated 23^rd January, 2016 for Rs. 6,00,000. The aforementioned three mutual funds folios shall be returned to the Defendant No. 3 by the Registrar, not later than one week from today,

after receiving an appropriate acknowledgement.

No further directions are called for and the application is disposed of.

It is seen that the valuation of the suit is Rs. 1,36,10,000/-. Accordingly, the suit to be transferred to the Subordinate Court of the appropriate jurisdiction. The matter will be listed before the Court of District Judge (North-West), Rohini on 24^th October, 2016 for allocation of the case to the appropriate Court. It is clarified that the file will be sent after the aforementioned mutual fund folios are returned to Defendant No. 3.

It is further directed that the FDRs deposited in this Court by Defendants 1 and 3 shall be handed over to the Court of the District Judge (North-West) Rohini in a sealed cover by a Special Messenger and kept in the safe custody of that Court. A specific order in that regard will be passed by the District Judge Rohini on 24th October 2016. The directions in relation to the said FDRs as and when required, including renewal thereof, will hereafter be passed by the concerned Court without reference to this Court.
