The appellant is present in person alongwith her counsel and submits that since she has already served the sentence awarded to her by the learned Trial Court and after completing the sentence she has been released from jail as such she does not want to pursue the appeal anymore and withdraw the same.
In view of these submissions, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
