Today the file of Cont.Cas(C) 425/2016 has not been received. Registry
is directed to trace out the file forthwith.
However, both the counsel state that as the facts in both the contempt petitions are common, they can be disposed of by a common order.
Today in Court, Mr. Rajiv Bansal, learned counsel for DDA has handed over copies of the office orders dated 04^^ October, 2016 whereby the petitioner's representations have been decided.

In view of the aforesaid orders, learned counsel for petitioners wishes to withdraw the present contempt petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions challenging the order dated 04^^ October, 2016.
With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petitions and pending applications stand disposed of.
However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
As soon as the file of Cont.Cas(C) 425/2016 is traced out, a copy of the order shall be placed in the said file.
