The petitioner (in person) and the learned counsel for the respondent state that they have no objection if a direction is given to the Arbitrator to complete the proceedings within a period of eight months from today.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the Arbitrator shall conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, and in any event not later than eight months from today.
