no dispute regarding the aforesaid directions. She further states that the respondent does not have control over GDS and the Travel Agency Commissioner’s direction is only to the respondent to assist the petitioner to access the GDS to enable it to monitor the booking. She submits that in the event, the petitioner faces any difficulty, the respondent would render such assistance as is reasonably permissible. Further, if there is any doubt, the respondent shall also clarify to its participating airlines that refund request may be accepted outside the BSP System.
