petitioners have filed these anticipatory bail applications in FIR no. 15072014 under Sections 420/468/471 IPG registered at P.S. Bara Hindu Rao on the complaintof one Ms. Sonia Vaid. Disputesarose betweenthe complainantand SurenderKumar Jain with regardto the shops bearingnos. 3761/3761-A/3762,Main Road, PahariDheeraj,Delhi. Learnedcounselfor the petitioners submits that four civil suits were also filed by Surender Kumar Jain, whereincomplainantwas one of the parties. Vide MOU dated 17^ June, 2016 matter has been compromised. It is further submittedthat possessionof one shop bearingno. 3761, Main Road, PahariDheeraj,Delhi has been handed over by Surender Kumar Jain to the complainantMs. Sonia Vaid. In the status report also, it is mentioned that petitioners and complainant Ms. Sonia Vaid have executed the MOU and the possession of J the shops in questionhas been handedover to Ms. SoniaVaid. It is further, submitted that civil suits have already been withdrawn by the petitioner _ Surender Kumar Jain.
