The petitioner has joined investigation. This is confirmed by the learned APP for the State under instructions from the Investigating Officer.

Accordingly in continuation of the order dated 25.08.2015, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer. The petitioner will continue to join investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
