File taken up today as 07.7.2016 was declared holiday.
After some arguments learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the matter is fixed before the MCD (Appellate) Tribunal for 25.7.2016. His apprehension, however, is that the pooja period is to expire by 05.8.2016 and there would be little time left for the celebrations. He accordingly prays that date of 25.7.2016 be preponed.
Learned counsel for the Monitoring Committee as also learned counsel for the SDMC have no objection if the matter is preponed. Accordingly, the matter now be heard by the concerned MCD
(Appellate) Tribunal on 12.7.2016. The MCD (Appellate) Tribunal is expected to dispose the interim application on that date.
With the directions petition is disposed of.
