Present writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 29th March, 2016 whereby respondent no. 1 has repudiated the petitioner’s fire claim. Petitioner also prays for supply of copies of the entire survey report submitted by respondent no. 6-Surveyor and report of M/s. Royal Associate, Investigators.
Keeping in view the fact that the order dated 29th March, 2016 has very serious consequences for the petitioner, this Court directs respondent nos. 1 to 3 to supply copies of respondent no. 6-Surveryor and report of M/s.
Royal Associate, Investigators to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Thereafter respondent nos. 1 and 3 are directed to give a post decisional hearing to the petitioner and in the event they find merit in the petitioner’s plea, they are given liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition stands disposed of.
