In pursuanceto the last order, learnedcounsel for the EOW has handed over a statusreport. The same is taken on record.
From the said report, it transpiresthat four FIRs have already been registeredand in some of the FIRs charge-sheetshave even been filed. It is further stated that the accused builders are in judicial custody.
Since FIRs have already been registered and investigation againstthe banlc officialsis pending,this Court is of the view that no further orders are called for in the present writ petitions.
Accordingly, the present writ petitions are closed. However, petitioners are given libeity to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
