Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition. He submits that the petitioner would raise his grievance, if any, in accordance with law in case any right has accrued to him on the basis of order dated 22nd August, 2013 passed in Review Application filed in WP(C) No.5220/2012, Rajender Singh vs. Government of NCT Delhi & Anr. and other connected matters.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
If any petition/original application is filed, relying upon the statement made by counsel for the petitioner before us, the issue will be examined and it will be open to the respondent to take all pleas in opposition as are available to them as per law.
