Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present writ petition
along with annexures may be treated by the respondent no.1 as representation of the petitioner and be decided by the respondent no.1 expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that present writ petition along with annexures will be treated as representation of the petitioner.
