Petitioner No.1 Mr.Tilak Raj Sharma, who is present in Court, makes a statement on his behalf as well as on behalf of another petitioner that the awarded amount along with interest shall be paid by the petitioners to the respondent on or before 30th October, 2016. The above said undertaking given by the petitioner No.1 to the Court is accepted. The present petition is accordingly disposed of and time is granted to the petitioners to make the payment on or before 30th October, 2016. In case the payment is not made by that date, the present petition shall be treated as dismissed.
