Pooja has been produced in the court. Her statement under Section 164 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has already been recorded. Pooja states that her date of birth is 18.04.1996 and the said date of birth is also recorded in the school records and the 12th class Board Examination. She sates that she likes Harnam and had gone with him.
Vijay Pal Singh, the petitioner, is present and states that he is aware that Pooja likes Harnam and he has no objection but Harnam must come and speak to him.
Pooja has stated that Harnam is absconding because he was told that if Pooja does not return to her parents, she will be
harmed. Police will try and get in touch with Harnam and ensure that he has not harassed and the statement made by Vijay Pal Singh and Pooja will be communicated to him.
As Pooja has been located and in view of the statements made, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the parties to file an application in case of any difficulty.
