- Vide order dated 09.12.2015, the petitioner was granted parole for two weeks on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The petitioner could not arrange the required surety and continues to be in custody.

- In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to avail the benefit of the order dated 09.12.2015, the surety amount is reduced from
25,000/- to15,000/-. Other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same.

- The application is disposed of accordingly.
