- Vide order dated 01.12.2015, the petitioner was granted parole for a period of three weeks from the date of release, on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. However, the petitioner could not furnish the required surety due to poverty and has remained in custody without availing the benefit of the said order.
- Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the surety amount is reduced from
25,000/- to15,000/-. Other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same.
