marriage according to Islamic rites of their, own independent Will without the consent of the parents of the petitioner no.1, therefore, they are apprehending threat to their life from the parents of the petitioner no.1. Necessary police protection in this regard has been sought by the petitioners who are claiming that presently they are residing at 58, Khijra Bad, Behind Lions Hospital, New Friends Colony, New Delhi-110025.
I been stated in the status report that the IO has visited the aforesaid address and it has been revealed that only the elder brother of the petitioner no. 2 Mohd. Khalil Anwar is residing there. It has also been stated that the petitioner no. t has given in writing to the IO that she is not apprehending any danger to her life from any quarter.
