The petitioner, who is present in Court, has agreed that he will claim the medical benefits only for one of the adopted son i.e. Rahul and will not claim any medical benefit for the another adopted son Bharat Bushan. The petitioner further submits that for the other adopted son Bharat Bushan will also not claim any right grant of family pension. Let affidavit to this effect be filed by the petitioner within a period of one week.
Subject to the filing of the said affidavit within a period of one week in terms of the observations made herein above the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to grant medical benefits only to one of the adopted son i.e. Rahul.
