Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek the review of impugned order on the basis of the documents which have not been filed, the production of those documents the petitioner shall seek in accordance with law before the Tribunal.
Learned counsel also states that this will be without prejudice to the pleas and contentions raised on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
