Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief:

“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to decide the petitioner's pending application dated 24/11/2025 regarding his transfer praying for amendment in the same and posting at non tribal area. (Annexure P/1).

10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent authorities are not considering and deciding representation/application dated 24.11.2025 which was submitted by petitioner against order of transfer dated 29.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the State raises an objection stating that petitioner has earlier filed writ petition bearing WPS No.13052 of 2025 which was disposed of with a direction to petitioner to submit representation before respondents to be decided within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order. If for any reason, representation is not decided even after order of this Court, petitioner is having some other remedy.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
