Since common question of law and fact is involved in this batch of writ petitions, they were clubbed together, heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

At the outset, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Kesharwani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, would submit that Annexure P-1 which is challenged in these writ petitions, is an internal communication issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Abhanpur to the Block Education Officer, Abhanpur, District Raipur. However, at present, nothing adverse has been done against the petitioners, therefore, they may be granted liberty to pursue the remedy once any action is taken against them.

The prayer is fair and reasonable and it is not opposed by the other side.

In that view of the matter, all the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioners that as and when any adverse action is taken against them, they may question the same, in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
