1) Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs:-

(i ) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider pending representation and grant kramonnat pay scale during from July 2019 to December 2019 and from March 2021 to continuing (8 level grade pay 4200/- instead of 6 level grade pay 2400/- as per schedule -1 of Chhattisgarh Pay Scale Revision Rules 2017) within stipulated time, with 18% interest, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of the petition, may also be granted.

2) Learned State counsel has referred the letter dated 2.12.2021 (Annexure R/1) issued by Block Education Officer, Block Dantewada to the petitioner stating that representation of petitioner has already been decided.

3) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the said order by filing a duly constituted writ petition.

4) No objection from other side.

5) Consequently, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
