1) By way of this petition, the petitioners have sought following

reliefs:-

“10.1 It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the Petitioner.

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in nature of mandamus whereby to direct the Respondent No. 1, 2 as well as No. 3 to grant the benefit of Kramonnati to the Petitioners within a stipulated time and also consider the other service benefits as like

seniority, time pay scale etc. accrued to the Petitioners in the interest of justice.

10.3 Any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.”

2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the services of the petitioners were absorbed with the School Education Department pursuant to the order dated 30.6.2018. He would submit that the petitioners are entitled for grant of an upgraded pay-scale but their claims have not been considered yet by the respondent authorities. He would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to make representations before respondent No.7 and the said authority may be directed to decide the same expeditiously within the stipulated time.

3) On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.

4) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

5) Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to make a detailed representation before respondent No.7 within a period of 30 days and in turn, the said authority is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
