The instant petition has been filed seeking direction towards the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for

regularization as a onetime measure for having served the respondents against the sanctioned vacant posts for about a decade without any break.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the parties that in an identical matter i.e. WPS No.13917 of 2025 this Court vide order dated 13.02.2026 observed thus at para 12 & 13 :

“12.In the above facts of the case and the decisions of Hon’ble Supreme Court and further considering that the petitioners have not submitted any representation before the Respondents No.1 & 2 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition, in the opinion of this Court, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners to submit representation before the Respondents No. 1 & 2 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and in the event, petitioners submit representation, the Respondents No. 1 & 2 shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law, keeping in mind the decisions of Hon’ble Supreme Court as discussed above, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the representation.

13. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. ”

They further submitted that since the facts and issue involved in the present case is identical to that of WPS No.13917 of 2025, this writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the materials on record, it is evident that the facts and issue involved in this petition is identical to Writ Petition (S) No.13917 of 2025 , this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition in similar terms of the order passed in Writ Petition (S) No.13917 of 2025 .

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2026 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.13917 of 2025 {Vinod Kumar Markam & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others} .
