Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in view of the settlement/compromise arrived at between the parties with liberty to revive the same in the event that the terms and conditions enumerated in the Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 30.07.2025 are not acted upon or complied with.

In view of the above submission and after due consideration, I.A. No.2/2026 is allowed.
