The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents No. 2 to 4 to give the charge of Society Manager, Adim Jati Seva

Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Vimda (Regn. No. 129), as he has already gave his joining on 02.202.2026 at the said place.

10.2 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner.

10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure P/3) in WP (S) No. 46/2025, Respondent No. 3 has issued an order on 19.01.2025 reverting back the petitioner to his original place of posting. Petitioner gave his joining on the earlier place of posting on 22.01.2026, however, till date, charge of the post of Manager has not been handed over to the petitioner, aggrieved with which, petitioner has submitted representation before the Respondent No. 3 which, till date is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P/8) in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a

period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of order. It is ordered accordingly.
