By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following

“10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue notices to the respondents returnable within early date of hearing.

10.2. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide for proper entry of G.P.F. (Government Provident Fund) amount from his monthly salary in his service passbook and to provide Rs. 5,00,000 from his G.P.F. Account for the marriage of Petitioner's Son.

10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure P-2, within stipulated period in accordance with law.
