Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in her contact since long, today also despite repeated efforts, she could not make contact with the petitioner.

In reply, counsel for the respondent submits that as informed by Officer in charge of the case namely Anmol Minj, the petitioner has died on 03.12.2023.

He also produced photo copy of death certificate of the petitioner before this Court.

Let the photocopy of death certificate of the petitioner be made part of the record.

Thus, as contended by learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner has died on 03.12.2023, therefore, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
