The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in quashing and setting-aside the impugned order (Annexure P/1).

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in directing the respondent authorities to reconsider the application of the petitioner and grant

the compassionate appointment to the petitioner within reasonable time

10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may please be kind enough in granting cost, consequential benefits and any other relief to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that the claim of the petitioner has not been rejected, but the competent authority has only asked for the petitioner to submit the appropriate documents, in particular, Succession Certificate issued by the competent Court in view of the objection raised by the son of the deceased employee.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum for obtaining the Succession Certificate as observed in the letter dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P/1).

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
