Learned counsel for respondents No.5 to 7 would submits that petitioner is having alternate efficacious remedy available under law and therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable. He also submits that in one of the petition filed against the respondents No.5 to 7, Coordinate Bench of this Court has taken view that as petitioner is having alternate officious remedy to approach competent forum under Section of 38 of the College Code in WPS No.2398/2023 and connected matters. After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other remedy available under the law.

Learned counsel for the respective respondents have not opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
