Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :-

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant the all consequential service benefit of the post of Teacher to the petitioner from 18^th of April 2023 to 21^st August 2024 within stipulated period.

10.2 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and due for promotion on the post of Teacher, however, when the proceedings of promotion was initiated, name of petitioner was not considered for promotion, and junior to petitioner has been promoted on the post of teacher. He further submits that when representation was submitted petitioner was granted promotion in the year 2024 but consequential benefit from the date when her juniors were promoted was not extended.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has not submitted representation before the authorities for redressal of his grievance as raised in this petition.

On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties and looking to the nature of grievance raised and the fact that petitioner has not approached the authorities for redressal of his grievance as raised in this petition, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit detailed representation before respondents authorities raising all the grounds as raised in this petition and in the event, petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider the same within further period of four months from the date receipt of representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
