Mr. Govind Dewangan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is entitled for an amount of ₹ 3,94,000/- against the House Building Allowance which was illegally withdrawn from his CMPF account. He would further submit that according to the petitioner, the said amount is payable by respondent No.7 to the petitioner.

Mr. Raj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.7, would submit that respondent No.6 would have to pay the said amount to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the matter is referred to the Commissioner, CMPF, Dhanbad (Jharkhand) to settle the dispute between the Regional Commissioner, CMPF, Jabalpur (M.P.) and the Regional Commissioner, CMPF, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) to decide the dispute between respondents No.6 & 7 as to who will pay the disputed amount to the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Respondents No.6 & 7 both will apprise the Commissioner, CMPF, Dhanbad regarding facts of the case. The petitioner is at liberty to join the proceeding before the Commissioner, CMPF, Dhanbad.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
