1. The Writ Petition (PIL) has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :-
(10.1) The Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to call the entire record from the possession of respondent authorities for kind perusal.
(i10.2) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by directing the respondent authorities to take necessary steps by relaxing / amending the direction dated 04.07.2015 thereby providing subsidy in interest in short term agriculture loan as per Annexure P/2 dated 22.07.2014 to the farmers who are purchasing organic fertilizer / bio fertilizer / micro nutrients from the private agencies.
10.3 That, the Honb’le Court may direct the respondent authorities to provide subsidy in interest in short term agriculture loan to the farmers for the purchase of organic fertilizer from the private agency by the cooperative banks of the State of Chhattisgarh.
10.4 Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at present no cause of action survives to pursue the matter, hence, he prays for withdrawal of the same.
3. Accordingly, the W.P. (PIL) is disposed of as withdrawn.
