2 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :-

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to register an FIR forthwith on the basis of the petitioner's written complaint dated 13.10.2025, against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and other persons involved, for commission of cognizable offences, in accordance with law;

10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Direct a proper, fair, independent and time-bound investigation in the matter, including inquiry into the role of respondent Nos. 6 and 7 (Shakti Sadan / Mahila Sanrakshan Grah / Women & Child Development Department, Ambikapur), under the supervision of a senior police officer;

10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Direct the respondent authorities to immediately trace, recover and produce the petitioner's legally wedded wife before a competent court or authority, and ensure that her statement is recorded independently and without any coercion, pressure or influence

10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct Direct the respondent authorities to ensure protection to the petitioner and his wife from any threat, intimidation or coercive action by private respondents or any other persons.
