2. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned memo dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure-P/1) passed by the respondent No.6 in the interest of justice.

10.2 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances fo the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner. ”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the concerned authorities for returning of his articles, which was subsequently seized after the demolition proceedings.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of, granting aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the concerned authorities, if such an application is filed, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
