This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 26.11.2025 issued by respondent No. 3/ Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Wadrafnagar, District- Balrampur- Ramanujganj by which the fair price shop allotted to the petitioner, has been cancelled.

In view of remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall prefer appeal before the appellate authority for redressal of grievance within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the eventuality of filing of appeal by the petitioner,
