“10.1 That, the Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus ог any other appropriate Writ/Direction, commanding the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to forthwith and without any further delay execute and comply with the Mutation Order dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure P-2) by registering the names of the Petitioners in the revenue records pertaining to Khasra No. 48, area 0.26 acres, Village Sakri.

10.2 That, the Hon'ble High Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to submit a Compliance Report before this Hon'ble Court within a short, fixed time frame, failing which appropriate action, including action for Contempt of Court and to initiate departmental inquiry against Respondent No. 3 for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.01.2023 may be initiated. 10.3 Pass any other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of judgment passed by the First Upper District Judge, Bilaspur in Civil Suit No.346A/2012 dated 17.05.2019, Tahsildar, Sakri, has passed an order dated 10.01.2023 in revenue Case No.202011071000011/88/A-6/202021 directing the concerned Patwari for correction of revenue record of Khasra No.48, Rakba 0.26 acres in the name of petitioners, but in pursuance of communication (Annexure -P/5) made by Patwari of Halka No.45, the Tahsildar, Sakri has registered Revenue Case No.202425401115700005/2025-26. Hence, learned counsel prays that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-

Tehsildar, Tehsil Sakri, Distt. Bilaspur (CG), to decide the aforesaid Revenue Case No.202425401115700005/2025-26 at the earliest.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Having considered the limited prayer of counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sakri, District Bilaspur (CG), to decide Revenue Case No.202425401115700005/2025-26 (Santoshi and Ors. vs. State of Chhattisgarh) in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order.

With aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of .
