The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

“ 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the respondent for kind perusal.

10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court by issuing an appropriate writ direct respondent no. 3 to 5 for conducting enquiry against the respondent no. 6 & 7 for discharging / functioning duties on both the post and for taking appropriate action against the concerned respondent within stipulated time period in accordance with law.

10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”

Mr. Thalesh Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondents No. 6 and 7 are same person and they are discharging functions of Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat Jevdankhurd as well as authorized Officer of Sewa Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Sonbarsa. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent-authorities to take appropriate action.

Mr. Shobhit Mishra, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the State would submit that respondent No. 6 has already been removed from the office of authorized Officer of Sewa Sahakari Samiti Maryadit by order dated 14.01.2026 vide Annexure- R/2. He would submit that the relief(s) sought for by the petitioner has already been redressed.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Shobhit Mishra and the reply as respondent No. 6 has already been removed from the

office of authorized Officer of Sewa Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, in my opinion, nothing survives for adjudication as grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

Accordingly, this petition fails and is hereby dismissed .
