At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since out of total 99 various development works for different gram panchayats of Janpad Panchayat, Sarangarh, fund for 71 works have already been released by the Collector, Sarangarh, District Sarangarh- Bilaigarh and sent to Zila Panchayat, Sarangarh as per reply filed by respondent No. 4, therefore, petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file better constituted petition, if occasion so arises.

Counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

On due consideration, the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty as aforesaid.
